botBrains guarantees a monthly uptime of 99.5% for its AI bots, calculated on a per-calendar-month basis. botBrains shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, power failures, or internet disruptions, provided that such event was unforeseeable, unavoidable, and made performance impossible or unreasonably burdensome. The affected party shall notify the other party without undue delay and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
Response Time: Immediate responses to user inquiries (<20 second average response time)
